Guests at Bayville
Memberships at Bayville Golf Club are family memberships, including spouses and unmarried dependent children 22 years of age and younger who are living at home or attending school on a full-time basis. All members of Bayville are entitled to have guests use the Club’s facilities with certain restrictions. Members will be responsible for the conduct and dress of their guests and any charges they may incur.
Bayville’s guest policy prohibits a guest from playing more than six (6) times per year—even if he/she is a guest of multiple members. A visit to the practice facility—without playing the golf course the same day—will count toward the six-visit limit. The six (6) times of play per year rule restriction shall not apply in the case of:
Guest Reciprocal Billing
Reciprocal billing arrangements are available through the following local private golf clubs: Cavalier Golf & Yacht Club, Cedar Point Club, Princess Anne Country Club and James River Country Club. Guests of Bayville members can bill their Bayville charges back to their home club—the member and guest must fill out a reciprocal billing agreement form available in the Golf Shop. Conversely, Bayville members playing as a guest at any of these private clubs with a member may charge their guest and cart fees back to his/her account at Bayville.
Subject to yearly approval by the Board, 18-hole guest fees at Bayville are reduced December 1 through March 31. Members shall be responsible for all charges by their guests at the Club.
